摘要
目的研究个性化舒适性护理干预在腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝手术中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月在亳州市人民医院行腹腔镜下腹股沟疝手术患儿100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组患儿50例。对照组采用常规手术护理干预,试验组在常规护理干预的基础上实施手术个性化舒适护理干预。对比2组患儿临床疗效、术后疼痛程度、下床时间、住院时间、患儿家长对护理工作的满意度以及术后并发症。结果试验组的治疗总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(96.00%),术后轻度疼痛率(70.00%)显著高于对照组(48.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而2组患儿中、重度疼痛率无明显差异(P>0.05);试验组术后下床时间和住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患儿家长总满意率为(98.00%)显著高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总并发症发生率(4.00%)显著低于对照组(8.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化舒适护理干预在保证临床治疗效率的同时,可以减轻患儿的疼痛程度,促进患儿临床症状的恢复,有积极的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of humanized and comfortable nursing intervention in laparoscopic Inguinal hernia surgery in children.Methods A total of 100 children who underwent laparoscopic Inguinal hernia surgery in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group used conventional surgical nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented surgical humanized and comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,postoperative pain degree,time to get out of bed,length of hospitalization,satisfaction of the children's family with nursing work,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of children.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(96.00%)(P<0.05);the rate of mild postoperative pain in the observation group(70.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(48.00%)(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the rates of moderate and severe pain between the two groups(P>0.05);the time to get out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction rate of the children’s family members in the observation group was(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%) (P<0.05);the total complication rate of the observation group (4.00%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (8.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized comfort nursing intervention can reduce the pain degree of patients and promote the recovery of clinical symptoms of children while ensuring the efficiency of clinical treatment, which has positive clinical application value.
