摘要
高本协同育人模式是高职院校与应用型本科院校优势互补,衔接贯通的人才培养体系。为了适应广东经济社会发展需求的“高技能且具有本科综合素质”的应用型人才培养,加快推动现代职业教育体系建设,本文以东莞职业技术学院物流管理专业为例,阐述其高本协同育人内涵,通过学生学情特点分析高本协同育人的现状及存在的问题,并提出解决策略。通过明确高本人才培养目标,分析高本阶段课程设置,高本师资团队合作交流,有效培养技术型复合型管理人才。
The vocational college-university collaborative education model is a talent training system that complements the advantages of higher vocational colleges and application-oriented undergraduate colleges, and connects them. In order to meet the needs of Guangdong’s economic and social development, it is aimed to apply talents with high-skilled and comprehensive undergraduate, and accelerate the construction of a modern vocational education system. This paper takes logistics management major of Dongguan Polytechnic for example, focusing on the explanation of the connotation of the vocational college-university collaborative education model, analyzing the current situation and existing problems, and proposing solutions.
