密云水库汛限水位调整与调度运用影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 2021年密云水库年降水量、水库蓄水量均创建库以来的历史记录,全年可利用来水量超20亿m~3。密云水库充分利用降水的有利条件,蓄泄结合、精准调度,有效发挥了良好的经济效益、社会效益、防洪效益和生态效益。作为南水北调的调蓄库、北京市水资源战略储备库,城市供水保障率不断提高,已成为无价之宝。近年来,密云水库处于高水位运行状态,增加了水旱灾害防御的压力,对水库安全运行、洪水调度运用提出新的挑战和要求。调整从密云水库洪水调度运用变化展开,阐述了密云水库不同时期调度运用指标变化的历史背景及原因,分析了调度实施主体及次序的变化情况,总结了建库以来水库的调度运用状况,对新时期密云水库洪水调度运用具有一定的参考意义。 In 2021, the annual precipitation and water storage of Miyun Reservoir reached a record high since the establishment of the reservoir, and the annual available water volume exceeded 2 billion m~3. Miyun Reservoir has made full use of the favorable conditions of precipitation, combined storage and discharge, and precise regulation, which has effectively brought into play good economic, social, flood control and ecological benefits. As the regulation and storage of the South-to-North water diversion project and the strategic storage of water resources in Beijing, the guarantee rate of urban water supply has been continuously improved and has become a priceless treasure.In recent years, Miyun Reservoir is operating at a high water level, which increases the pressure of flood and drought disaster prevention, new challenges and requirements are put forward for reservoir safety operation and flood control operation.This paper starts from the change of flood control and operation of Miyun Reservoir, expounds the historical background and reason of the change of operation index in different periods of Miyun Reservoir.The study further analyzes the changes of the main body and order of the regulation implementation, then summarizes the regulation and operation of the reservoir since the construction of the reservoir, which has a certain reference significance for the flood operation and application of Miyun Reservoir in the new period.
