摘要
根据三坐标测量机的测量性能,在考虑检测强度、检测成本及检测效率的同时,利用三坐标测量机触测式扫描三位检测手段,以航空某零部件轴转子为例分析三坐标检测在航空航天高精密加工中的基本应用及优势和存在的问题。
According to the measurement performance of the CMM, this paper uses the most extensive touch-type scanning three-dimensional detection method of the CMM while considering the detection strength, detection cost and detection efficiency. Taking the shaft rotor of a certain aerospace component as an example, the basic application, advantages and existing problems of three-coordinate detection in aerospace high-precision machining are studied.
