摘要
目的:观察富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎(AC)合并瞬目频繁的疗效。方法:采用前瞻性病例对照研究,选取于2020年7月至2021年6月在吉安市妇幼保健院治疗的68例AC合并瞬目频繁的患儿,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各34例,对照组接受常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液治疗,治疗1周后,比较两组近期临床疗效;比较两组眼痒、瞬目频繁、流泪等主要症状改善时间,瞬目次数,泪膜稳定性[泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色试验(FL)]及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05);观察组眼痒、瞬目频繁、流泪、睑滤泡等主要症状改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组BUT显著升高,FL显著下降,瞬目次数显著减少,且观察组BUT高于对照组,FL低于对照组,瞬目次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液治疗儿童AC合并瞬目频繁的患儿,可提高临床疗效,缩短患儿主要症状改善时间,促进泪膜稳定性恢复,且不良反应少,安全性高。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of emedastine difumarate eye drops in the treatment of children with allergic conjunctivitis(AC)complicated with frequent blink.Methods:A prospective case-control study was conducted,68 children with AC complicated with frequent blink who were treated in Ji’an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received emedastine difumarate eye drops.After 1 week of treatment,the short-term clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared;the improvement time of main symptoms such as itching,frequent blink,tearing,blink number,tear film stability[tear film break-up time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining test(FL)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 97.06%,higher than 76.47%of control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of main symptoms such as itching,frequent blink,tearing and blepharoplasty in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BUT was significantly increased,FL was significantly decreased and blink number was significantly decreased in both groups,and the BUT in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,FL was lower than that in the control group,blink number was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Emedastine difumarate eye drops in the treatment of children with AC complicated with frequent blink can improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the improvement time of the main symptoms,and promote the recovery of tear film stability,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
