摘要
重载铁路线路设备运维中汇集了大量检测监测数据,融合应用多源大数据分析,研究建立线路设备可视化全寿命周期管理和智能运维决策技术是实现重载线路设备智能运维需解决的关键技术问题之一。本文以朔黄铁路线路设备运维为背景,应用BIM、GIS等技术,将设备履历、状态、维修情况、病害等信息进行“一张图”融合,研究桥隧BIM+GIS融合以及轻量化技术;对比常用大数据分析方法的特点,提出基于结构仿真+大数据分析的智能运维决策方法研究思路,并以轨道结构状态评估为例,建立了基于模糊层次分析的状态评价方法。
In the operation and maintenance of heavy haul railway track infrastructure,a large number of detection and monitoring data are collected,and the research and establishment of track infrastructure visual life cycle management and intelligent operation and maintenance decision-making technology based on multi-source big data analysis is one of the key technical problems to realize the intelligent operation and maintenance of heavy haul railway track infrastructure. Based on the infrastructure operation and maintenance of Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway,this paper applies BIM,GIS and other technologies to“one map”fusion of infrastructure history,status,maintenance,disease and other information,and studies and analyzes the bridge and tunnel BIM + GIS fusion and lightweight technology. The characteristics of common big data analysis methods are compared and analyzed,and the research idea of intelligent operation and maintenance decision-making method based on structural simulation + big data analysis is proposed.Taking the track structure state evaluation as an example,the state evaluation method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established.
