摘要
人类社会发展正在进入生物经济时代,生物技术不断向医药、农业、化工、材料、能源等领域融入应用,生物产品和服务、生物安全保障需求受到空前关注,为更好解决经济社会可持续发展面临的重大问题提供了新路径。我国生物资源丰富多样,生物产业快速发展,已经成为生物经济大国。“十四五”时期是我国生物经济发展由大转强的关键阶段。随着《“十四五”生物经济发展规划》等重要部署的出台,我国将立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局,进一步加强生物技术创新,壮大生物支柱产业,强化生物安全保障,推动生物经济高质量发展,为加快建设健康中国、美丽中国、平安中国,实现经济社会高质量发展提供有力支撑。
The development of human society is entering the era of bioeconomy,and biotechnology is continuously being integrated into medicine,agriculture,chemical industry,materials,energy,etc.The demand for biological products and services and biosafety protection has received unprecedented attention worldwide,providing a new path to addressing major challenges in sustainable economic and social development.With rich and diverse biological resources,China is witnessing rapid development of its biological industry,and has become a major bioeconomy.The "14th Five-Year Plan" period is a key stage in the development of China’s bioeconomy from being large to being strong.With the 14th Five-Year Plan for Bioeconomic Development,China will proceed from the new development stage,implement the new development approach,build a new development pattern,further strengthen biotechnology innovation,strengthen the biological pillar industries,strengthen biosecurity,promote the high-quality development of the bioeconomy.These efforts will be conducive to the building of a healthy,beautiful and peaceful China,and to China’s sustainable economic and social development.
