摘要
美国众多民间机构和组织以不同形式建立了标准战略,或在其机构、组织战略中对标准化给予高度重视,其标准化活动构成了美国标准体系的重要组成部分,成为了美国应对国际竞争的核心力量。本文对美国民间机构和组织有关标准的战略部署开展研究,为我国团体标准组织发展提供一定参考。
Many private standardization organizations in the United States have developed standards strategies in different forms, or stressed the significance of standardization in their strategies. The standardization activities of these organizations constitute an important part of the American standards system and become the core competence of the United States to tackle international competition. This paper studies the strategic deployment of standards in United States’ private standardization organizations, providing references for the development of association standards in China.
