摘要
目的探究循经按摩配合火龙罐综合疗法治疗风寒痹阻型颈椎病的效果。方法前瞻性选取2021年1月~2021年12月菏泽市牡丹区中医医院收治的风寒痹阻型颈椎病患者74例,根据随机数表法将患者分为火龙罐组与传统组,每组37例。传统组给予循经按摩治疗,火龙罐组在传统组治疗的基础上给予火龙罐治疗,两组都治疗观察14 d。对比两组疗效,治疗前后疼痛程度评分、病情评分,炎症因子白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6和肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α的变化情况。结果火龙罐组治疗后的总有效率为97.3%,显著高于传统组的78.4%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、病情评分、血清IL-6水平和血清TNF-α水平对比,差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分都明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),火龙罐组与传统组相比也明显降低(P<0.05),两组的病情评分都高于治疗前,火龙罐组与传统组相比也明显升高(P<0.05),两组的血清IL-6和TNF-α水平都明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),火龙罐组与传统组对比也明显降低(P<0.05)。结论循经按摩配合火龙罐综合疗法治疗风寒痹阻型颈椎病能抑制IL-6、TNF-α水平,还能有效促进缓解患者的病情,改善疼痛状况,从而提高整体治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of meridian massage combined with fire dragon pot comprehensive therapy on cervical spondylosis of wind-cold obstruction type.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,74 cases of cervical spondylosis patients diagnosed and treated in Mudan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Heze City were prospectively selected.The patients were divided into two groups,with 37 cases in the fi re dragon can group and 37 cases in the traditional group according to randomized numbers.The traditional group were given meridian massage therapy,and the fi re dragon pot group were given fi re dragon cupping treatment on the basis of the treatment of the traditional group.The two groups were treated and observed for 14 days,and the curative eff ects of the two groups were compared,before and after treatment,the pain severity score,the disease score,and the change of infl ammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α.Results The total eff ective rate after treatment in the dragon pot group was 97.3%,which was signifi cantly higher than that in the traditional group(78.4%).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,disease score,serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of two groups were signifi cantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the fi re dragon pot group was also signifi cantly lower than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional group,the serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in the two groups were signifi cantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and both were was also signifi cantly lower in the dragon pot group than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meridian massage combined with fi re dragon pot comprehensive therapy in the treatment of wind-cold obstruction type cervical spondylosis can inhibit the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α,and can eff ectively promote the relief of the patients’condition and pain,thereby improving the overall therapeutic eff ect.
