Research on New Technology of Deep Recovery of Waste Heat from Flue Gas Based on Fluoroplastic Heat Exchanger

摘要 利用氟塑料换热器对烟气余热进行深入回收,着重分析了氟塑料换热器技术指标及实现原理,结合工程案例评述该技术的经济性与环保性。结论表明,在氟塑料换热器的支持下,新型烟气余热深度回收系统可普适于燃煤火力发电领域,且具有灵活的调节性与低难度的操作性。 The waste heat of flue gas is deeply recovered by using fluoroplastic heat exchanger.The technical indexes and implementation principle of fluoroplastic heat exchanger are emphatically analyzed,and the economy and environmental protection of this technology are reviewed combined with engineering cases.The conclusion shows that with the support of fluoroplastic heat exchanger,the new flue gas waste heat deep recovery system can be generally suitable for the field of coal-fired power generation,and has flexible regulation and low difficulty operation.
