摘要
我国是统一的多民族国家,执政党要提出国家建设的主张与方略,并通过话语与理论具体体现出来。中国共产党找到了中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路,这条道路的内涵体现出立足多民族国情的中国特色多民族国家建设方略。从“文明国家”到社会主义多民族国家,中国拥有着与西方民族国家不同的现代国家建设、中华民族建设的资源与优势。中华民族共同体建设集中华民族建设与中国现代国家建设于一体;坚持中国共产党的领导是推进中华民族共同体建设的核心,这一核心是联通民族建设与国家建设的关键。
China is a unified multi-ethnic state.The ruling party must put forward the proposition and strategy of state building,and embody them through the discourse and theory.In the course of China’s political process,the Communist Party of China(CPC) has found a correct path to solve ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics.The connotation of this path reflects the strategy of building a multi-ethnic country with Chinese characteristics based on the multi-ethnic conditions.From a "civilized state" to a socialist multi-ethnic state,China has the resources and advantages of modern state building and Chinese nation building,which are different from the western nation states.The building of community for the Chinese nation integrates the building of the Chinese nation with the building of China’s modern state.Adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the core of promoting the construction of community for the Chinese nation,which is the key to the connection of nation building and state building.
