摘要
中国与阿拉伯国家的友好交往与相互合作源远流长,基础深厚。长期以来,和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢始终是中阿交往合作的主旋律。新时代、新形势下,作为共建“一带一路”与人类命运共同体的天然合作伙伴,中阿双方秉承友好交往的历史传统,顺应和平发展的时代潮流,共同致力于强化政治互信,完善合作机制,拓展合作领域,丰富合作内涵,建立起“全面合作、共同发展、面向未来”的中阿战略伙伴关系,双方在政治、投资贸易、社会发展、人文交流、和平与安全各领域合作中不断取得丰富成果和显著成就。2022年将要举办的中阿峰会,必将进一步加强中阿战略伙伴关系,推进中阿全面合作进入新的发展阶段。新时代的中阿合作,不仅为中阿两大民族实现复兴的进程注入了强大动力,让两大民族复兴之梦紧密相连,而且为促进南南合作树立了典范,为推进地区治理与全球治理做出了重要贡献。
The friendly exchanges and cooperation between China and Arab countries have a long history and a solid foundation.For a long time,peace and cooperation,openness and inclusiveness,mutual learning and mutual benefit have always been the main theme of China-Arab exchanges and cooperation.Under the New Era and new situation,as natural partners in jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative and a community with a shared future for mankind,China and Arab states,adhering to the historical tradition of friendly exchanges,conforming to the trend of peaceful development,are committed to strengthening political mutual trust and improving cooperation mechanisms.Expand the fields of cooperation,enrich the connotation of cooperation,and establish a China-Arab strategic partnership of "comprehensive cooperation,common development,and future-oriented".The China-Arab Summit to be held in 2022 will surely further strengthen the China-Arab strategic partnership and push the China-Arab comprehensive cooperation into a new stage of development.The China-Arab cooperation in the New Era not only injects a strong impetus into the process of rejuvenation of the two ethnic groups of China and Arab states,and links the dreams of rejuvenation of the two ethnic groups closely,but also sets a model for promoting South-South cooperation and promoting regional and global governance.
