摘要
医学生物化学实验在教学过程中存在耗时长、操作复杂、仪器昂贵、试剂毒性等问题,因此引入相关兄弟院校的虚拟仿真实验,开展虚实结合的相关实验教学方法。根据专业选择实验模块进行线上线下结合进行学习。虚实结合的教学方法解决了实验教学的实际问题,同时可以提高学生自学能力以及学习生物化学实验的兴趣,取得了良好的教学效果。但在虚拟仿真实验教学中需要做到虚实结合,能实不虚的原则。
The medical biochemistry experiments have some problems in the teaching process,for example:long time-consuming,complex operation,expensive instruments,reagent toxicity and so on.In response to this situation,our school introduced virtual simulation experiments and carried out the teaching mode of medical biochemistry experiment combined with virtual reality.According to different professional selection of different experimental modules for online and offline combination of learning.This model of teaching solves the practical problems of biochemistry experiment teaching in our school,and at the same time can improve students’self-study ability and interest in learning biochemical experiment,and achieved good teaching results.However,in the teaching process,we need to do the principle of virtual combination,complement with each other.
