摘要
环氧丙烷(PO)嵌段脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)无凝胶化现象,冷水易溶,具有优异的渗透力和控泡能力,在洗涤过程中可缩短衣物浸泡时间,提高漂洗效率,并能达到省时节水的效果。以非离子表面活性剂PO嵌段FMEE和阴离子表面活性剂伯烷基磺酸钠PAS-80作为洗衣凝珠基础液的主要成分,通过单因素试验确定了FMEE和PAS-80按照质量比1∶1复配可获得最佳的净洗效果。
The PO blocked fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates(FMEE) is soluble in cold water and has excellent permeability and foam control ability, which has no gelation phenomenon.The FMEE can reduce the soaking time of clothes, improve the washing efficiency and save time and water in the washing process.PO blocked FMEE and anionic surfactant PAS-80 were used as the main cleaning ingredients in the base solution of laundry beads.PO blocked FMEE and PAS-80 can get the best cleaning effect according to 1∶1 compounding through single factor test.
