摘要
油气集输管线是运输天然气和石油的主要方式,为了保障石油和天然气得到有效供应,油气集输管线必须具备大容量、节能、环保、可控性强的特点。但是在油气集输管线进行运输工作时,由于多种原因经常会出现管线内腐蚀、结垢、穿孔等问题,这对于我国天然气及石油的运输调配工作带来了极大的安全隐患。因此在油气运输工作中做好油气集输管线的防腐蚀工作也是保障油气工程安全的关键环节。本文根据油气集输管线腐蚀产生的具体原因,分析油气集输管道内外的防腐蚀性技术应用。
Oil and gas gathering pipeline is the main way to transport natural gas and oil. In order to ensure the effective supply of oil and natural gas,the oil and gas gathering pipeline must have the characteristics of large capacity,energy saving,environmental protection and strong controllability.However,in the transportation of oil and gas technology pipelines,corrosion,scaling,perforation and other problems often occur for various reasons,which bring great safety risks to the transportation and deployment of natural gas and oil in China.Therefore,the corrosion prevention work in the oil and gas transportation work is also a key link in ensuring the safety of oil and gas engineering.The application of corrosion prevention technology inside and outside the gathering and gas pipeline.
