Effect of Thermal Insulation Fillers on Property of Silicone Rubber

摘要 以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为基体(MVQ),二氧化硅气凝胶(Aerogels)、云母粉(Mica)和空心玻璃微珠(HGB)为隔热填料,制备了MVQ/Aerogels、MVQ/Mica、MVQ/HGB3种硅橡胶复合材料,并研究了隔热填料对硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料的隔热效果为MVQ-Mica<MVQ<MVQ-Aerogels<MVQ-HGB,其中MVQ/HGB的隔热性能最好,且导热系数和密度随着HGB用量的增加而减小,但随着HGB用量的增加,胶料力学性能下降明显;当HGB用量为5~10份时,力学性能优异,同时隔热性能也较为优异。 Using silicone rubber as matrix,silica aerogels(Aerogels),mica powder(Mica)and hollow glass beads(HGB)as thermal insulation fillers,hollow glass beads/silicone rubber,silica aerogels/silicone rubber and mica powder/silicone rubber composites were prepared,and the effect of thermal insulation fillers on the properties of silicone rubber was studied.The results showed that the order of thermal insulation effect of the materials was MVQ-Mica<MVQ<MVQ Aerogels<MVQ-HGB.Among them.MVQ-HGB had the best thermal insulation performance,and with the increase of the amount of HGB,the thermal conductivity and density decreased,the mechanical properties decreased significantly.When the amount of HGB was 5~10phr,the compound had excellent mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties.
