基于3D打印技术的类混凝土透明物理模型三维重构及材料力学性能研究 被引量:3

3D Reconstruction and Mechanical Characteristics Analysis of Concrete-like Transparent Physical Model Based on 3D Printing Technology

摘要 混凝土细观结构的组成及分布与其宏观力学性能密切相关,采用普通混凝土试样进行试验时无法深入认识其内部细观结构是阻碍混凝土力学性能研究的关键问题之一,亟待寻找能够还原混凝土真实内部结构并能观察到混凝土细观结构破坏过程的试验方法。通过将CT扫描技术与3D打印技术相结合,采用不同打印材料重构了与细观结构较为一致的混凝土3D打印模型,并通过对普通混凝土试件及3D打印试件抗压性能试验,对比了两者的单轴抗压强度、变形规律。结果表明:通过3D打印技术可以高度还原混凝土试件内部细观结构的分布特征;同时,3D打印试件与普通混凝土试件具有相似的单轴抗压强度和泊松比,为大量复制性质完全相同的试件以提高试验结果的可靠度提供了研究基础,也为今后材料替换、开展物理试验提供了新的研究思路。 The composition and distribution of concrete meso-structure are closely related to its macroscopic mechanical properties.Failure to understand the internal meso-structure of ordinary concrete specimens is one of the key problems hindering the study of concrete mechanical properties.It is urgent to find a test method which can restore the real internal structure of concrete and observe the failure process of concrete meso-structure.Through the combination of CT scanning technology and 3D printing technology,the 3D printing model of concrete is reconstructed with different printing materials,and the uniaxial compressive strength and deformation rules of ordinary concrete specimens and 3D printing specimens are compared by testing the compressive properties of ordinary concrete specimens and 3D printing specimens.The experimental results indicated that 3D printing technology can truly restore the internal structure of concrete.Besides,they had similar uniaxial compressive strength and Poisson’s ratio.The incorporation of CT and 3D printing found a basement for reproducing many copies of specimen and increasing reliability of experimental results.It could provide a novel way to replacement of material,development of laboratory tests and verification of numerical simulation.
