摘要
本文对柳钢热轧板带厂1450轧线加热炉实施的SPA-H薄规格集装箱板加热工艺改进并介绍其应用效果。通过应用效果表明,2021年1~11月期间,氧化铁皮压入率降低0.92%,提升产量约4倍,折算吨钢煤气消耗降低约1.8m^(3)/t,降低碳排放约292.28t。
The improvement of SPA-H thin gauge container plate heating process and its application effect on the heating furnace of 1450 rolling line in Liugang hot rolling plate and strip plant are introduced in this article.The application results show that from January to November 2021,the iron oxide scale penetration rate will be reduced by 0.92%,the output will be increased by about 4 times,the converted gas consumption per ton of steel will be reduced by about 1.8m3/t,and the carbon emission will be reduced by about 292.28 t.
