摘要
除了传统的四节一环保之外,借助数字技术和智能化控制,绿色建筑的节能建设也在不断升级。文章以华北地区某城市住宅建筑为具体案例,分析了项目在BIM、Ecotect软件平台的支持下,在建筑选址、采光通风、维护结构、节水、能源利用、智能化室内设备控制等方面对绿色建筑理念的节能设计实践。
Tthe energy-saving construction of green buildings is also constantly upgrading with the help of digital technology and intelligent control. Taking a residential building in a city in North China as a specific case, this paper analyzes the energy-saving design practice of the project on the concept of green building in the aspects of building site selection, lighting and ventilation,maintenance structure, water saving, energy utilization, intelligent indoor equipment control and so on under the support of BIM and Ecotect software platform.
