摘要
文章以嘉兴市智慧停车管理平台为研究对象,系统阐述了平台从需求分析到功能设计的建设思路和建设内容,介绍了平台的试点建设成效。结果表明,智慧停车平台能够通过停车资源的信息化,显著提高车位利用率和周转率,降低停车违章频率,在缓解城市停车压力,提高停车资源规划和调度水平中发挥出重要作用。
Taking Jiaxing Smart Parking Management Platform as the research object,this paper systematically expounds the construction ideas and contents of the platform from demand analysis to function design,and introduces the results of the pilot construction of the platform.The results show that the smart parking platform can significantly improve the utilization rate and turnover rate of parking spaces,reduce the frequency of parking violations,and play an important role in alleviating the pressure of urban parking and improving the level of parking resource planning and scheduling through the informatization of parking resources.
