摘要
目的:分析基于循证理念个体护理干预模式在心脏搭桥手术患者治疗护理过程中的临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年10月东南大学附属中大医院行心脏搭桥手术患者50例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各25例,观察组给予基于循证理念个体护理干预模式,对照组给予常规护理干预模式。对比两组患者护理前后的血压、心率水平及生活质量评分。结果:护理后,观察组血压、心率水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于循证理念个体护理干预模式的实施,能够明显改善心脏搭桥手术患者的血压、心率水平,同时大幅度提高其生活质量,效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of individual nursing intervention model based on evidence concept in the treatment and nursing process of heart bypass surgery patients.Methods:From October 2020 to October 2021,50 patients with heart bypass surgery in Zhongda Hospital,Southeast University were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was given individual nursing intervention model based on evidence concept,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention model.The blood pressure,heart rate level and quality of life scores of patients in the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results:After nursing,the blood pressure and heart rate levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of individual nursing intervention model based on evidence concept can significantly improve the blood pressure and heart rate levels of patients undergoing heart bypass surgery,and simultaneously greatly improve their quality of life,with significant effects.
