摘要
为使分梳绒类纤维长度能够得到快速、准确的测量,研制出一套分梳绒长度测试仪器2.0版。该仪器由取样和制样装置、光电检测装置和控制计算电脑3部分组成。以GB 18267—2013《山羊绒》规定的手排法测试结果为基准,对比测试37种分梳绒纤维,证明新仪器的测试结果与手排法的一致性高,准确度高。通过重复测试17种试样,证明该仪器的重现性好,结果稳定;与手排长度测试法的重现性对比证明该仪器的随机误差小、可信度高。分梳绒测长系统2.0版适用于山羊绒、兔绒、骆驼绒、牦牛绒等常见分梳绒纤维的长度测试。
In order to make the carding fiber length can be rapidly and accurately measured,a new instrument version 2.0 for cashmere and other similar fibers was developed.The instrument consists of sampling and sample preparation device,photoelectric detection device and control computer of three parts.37 kinds of cashmere and others were tested by the new instrument and compared with the experimental data obtained by the center's manual row test method specified in GB 18267-2013"Cashmere".The results show that the data on the average of length from the new instrument is consistent with that of the hand row method.Then the repeated tests of the 17 kinds of sample prove that the instrument with good reproducibility and stability.Furthermore,when compared with the reproducibility of hand row method,the results indicate that the data from this instrument has small random error and high reliability.The new measuring instrument is suitable for cashmere,rabbit hair,camel hair,yak hair and other common carding wool fiber length of the test.
