坚硬覆岩工作面采空区近场瓦斯抽采技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了解决坚硬覆岩突出煤层开采过程中高抽巷对上隅角瓦斯控制能力差的难题,以首山一矿12110工作面为研究对象,划分了坚硬覆岩工作面采空区近、远场瓦斯库的范围,采用数值模拟的方法,研究了近场瓦斯高效抽采区域,提出了基于低位顶板走向长钻孔的采空区近场瓦斯抽采技术。结果表明:低位顶板走向长钻孔的高效抽采区域为距垮落线30m范围内,合理抽采负压为15kPa,1-5号钻孔抽采瓦斯纯量为8.3m^(3)/min。基于低位顶板走向长钻孔的近场瓦斯抽采技术进一步降低了采空区瓦斯涌出量,与高抽巷、上隅角插管构成了采空区近场、远场、上隅角三位一体瓦斯抽采模式,将工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.6%以下,确保了工作面的安全回采。 Aiming at the poor control ability of the upper corner gas in the mining of outburst coal seam with hard overlying rock,taking the 12110 working face of Shoushan No.1 Mine as the research object,the scope of the near-field and far-field gas library in the goaf of the hard overburden working face is divided.The efficient area of near-field gas extraction is studied using numerical simulation.A near-field gas extraction technology in goaf based on long boreholes with low roof strikes is proposed,and the reasonable layout of long boreholes and negative extraction pressure are studied.The results show that the high-efficiency extraction area of the low-roof-trending long borehole is within 30m from the caving line,the reasonable extraction negative pressure is 15kPa,and the pure extraction gas flow is 8.3m^(3)/min.The near-field gas extraction technology based on the low-roof-strike long borehole further reduces the gas emission in the goaf,and together with the high-level extraction roadway and the upper corner intubation,it forms a trinity of the near-field,far-field and upper corner of the goaf.The gas extraction mode controls the gas concentration within 0.6%in upper corners of the working face,which ensures the safe mining of the working face.
