切顶留巷综采面采空区防漏风技术研究 被引量:2

Air leakage prevention technology in goaf of fully mechanized face with entry retaining by roof cutting

摘要 为掌握切顶留巷条件下的采空区漏风规律,降低对采空区的漏风供氧,首先利用COMSOL数值模拟软件分析了青龙煤矿21606综采工作面切顶留巷采空区的漏风流场,模拟结果表明:切顶留巷“Y”型通风方式下,采空区漏风风速沿远离综采面的方向明显衰减,采空区漏风路径主要为:从下隅角进入,经采空区流向上隅角和通风立眼处。其次,利用SF_(6)现场示踪试验对模拟结果进行验证,结合模拟和现场试验结果得到了采空区漏风流场的特征,并分区域制定了针对性的防漏风措施:在切顶留巷及通风立眼处采取砌墙并进行喷浆处理;在工作面进行切顶爆破加速顶板垮落;在补回风巷和回风巷上隅角处砌筑沙袋墙并喷涂施密特防漏风材料;在切眼及补切眼处进行喷浆和及时封堵切眼瓦斯抽采钻孔;补充压注凝胶等综合措施。通过综合防漏风措施的实施,降低了工作面自然发火风险,保证了工作面的安全回采。 In order to master the law of air leakage in the goaf and reduce the oxygen supply to the goaf,firstly,the air leakage flow field in the roof cutting entry retaining goaf of 2106 fully mechanized working face in Qinglong Coal Mine is analyzed using COMSOL numerical simulation software.The simulation results show that:under the“Y”ventilation mode,the air leakage wind speed in the goaf decreases significantly when it gets away from the fully mechanized mining face.The air mainly enters the goaf from the lower corner and flows through the goaf to the upper corner and the vertical ventilation hole.Secondly,the simulation results are verified by SF_(6) field tracer test.Combining with the simulation and field test results,the characteristics of air leakage flow field in goaf are obtained,and targeted air leakage prevention measures are formulated for different regions as follows:wall construction and shotcreting for the retained entry and vertical ventilation hole;roof cutting blasting in the working face to accelerate roof collapse;sand bag wall construction at the upper corner of the supplementary air return way and the air return way,sprayed with Schmidt air leakage prevention materials;shotcreting at the open-off cut and supplementary open-off,timely blocking the gas drainage drilling hole;and other measures such as supplementary injection of gel.With the comprehensive air leakage prevention measures,the risk of spontaneous combustion in the working face is reduced and the safe mining is ensured.
