摘要
目的分析层级护理管理模式对肾病综合科护士的实施效果。方法将2019年1—12月在山东健康集团淄博医院肾病综合科工作的护士40名作为观察组,实施分析层级护理管理模式,选取2018年1—12月科室内40各护士作为对照组,实施常规管理模式,对比两组管理效果。结果观察组综合能力、工作能力、工作质量及满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肾病综合科护士中实施层级护理管理模式,可明显改善护士综合素质,提高其工作能力。
Objective To analyze the effect of hierarchical nursing management mode on nurses in comprehensive nephropathy department.Methods 40 nurses working in the Nephrology Department of Shandong Health Group Zibo Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and the analysis-level nursing management model was implemented.Selected 40 nurses in the department from January to December 2018 as the control group,implemented the conventional management mode,and compared the management effects of the two groups.Results The comprehensive ability,work ability,work quality and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the hierarchical nursing management model among nurses in the comprehensive nephropathy department can significantly improve the comprehensive quality of nurses and improve their working ability.
