摘要
目的探讨慢性支气管炎中药结合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗的效果。方法回顾性选取2019年6月—2021年6月青岛市胶州中心医院呼吸科慢性支气管炎患者80例,依据用药方法分为中药结合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗组(联合用药组)、单独盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗组(单独用药组),各40例。统计分析两组呼吸道症状评分、临床疗效、症状持续时间、不良反应发生情况。结果用药后,联合用药组患者的咳嗽、咳痰、气喘、肺部哮鸣音评分均低于单独用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组患者的总有效率97.50%(39/40)高于单独用药组80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。联合用药组患者的咳嗽、气喘、肺部哮鸣音持续时间均短于单独用药组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.118、5.864、20.941,P<0.05)。联合用药组和单独用药组患者的不良反应发生率10.00%(4/40)、7.50%(3/40)对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论慢性支气管炎中药结合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗的效果较单独盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗好。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic bronchitis in the respiratory department of Qingdao Jiaozhou Central Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were retrospectively selected.According to the medication method,the patients were divided into two groups:the traditional Chinese medicine combined with ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation treatment group(combination medication group)and the single ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation treatment group(single medication group),with 40 cases in each group.The respiratory symptom scores,clinical efficacy,symptom duration,and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed in the two groups.Results After medication,the scores of cough,expectoration,asthma and pulmonary wheezing in the combined medication group were lower than those in the single medication group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the combination group was 97.50%(39/40)higher than that in the single medication group,which was 80.00%(32/40),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).The duration of cough,asthma and lung wheezing in the combined drug group was shorter than that in the single medication group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.118,5.864,20.941,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined drug group and the single drug group was 10.00%(4/40)and 7.50%(3/40),and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation in chronic bronchitis is better than that of ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation alone.
