字画修复用抗紫外老化剂的制备及其性能研究

摘要 针对纸质字画受环境因素影响,易出现紫外老化和霉菌腐蚀的问题,提出抗紫外老化剂的方法。以花青颜料色差为指标,确定纳米二氧化钛和壳聚糖的添加量,然后对在最佳配比下抗紫外老化剂的抗紫外老化性能和抗菌性能进行研究,结果表明:当壳聚糖掺量为0.3%,纳米二氧化钛掺量为0.03%时,制备的抗紫外老化剂性能最佳。此时,用抗紫外老化剂处理的纸张,紫外老化后拉力和撕裂指数分别较老化前降低了5.5%和12.6%,抑菌率约为40.6%。 In view of the problems of ultraviolet aging and mold corrosion of paper calligraphy and painting affected by environmental factors,the preparation of anti ultraviolet aging agent is proposed.Taking the color difference of cyanine pigment as the index,the addition amount of nano titanium dioxide and chitosan was determined,and then the anti-UV aging performance and antibacterial performance of the anti-UV aging agent under the optimal ratio were studied.The results showed that the anti-UV aging agent had the best performance when the content of chitosan was 0.3%and the content of nano titanium dioxide was 0.03%.At this time,for the paper treated with anti UV aging agent,the tensile force and tear index after UV aging are reduced by 5.5%and 12.6%respectively compared with those before aging,and the antibacterial rate is about 40.6%.
