摘要
“中华民族伟大复兴”写入宪法,既是国家根本任务和总目标的明确表达.又是“中华民族伟大 复兴”这一命题的宪法化发展.因而亟需挖掘其宪法意蕴。中华民族伟大复兴的宪法意蕴主要体 现在其与“中国共产党领导”“推动构建人类命运共同体”“社会主义法治原则”的内在逻辑关系之 中。中国共产党领导是实现中华民族伟大复兴的根本保证.推动构建人类命运共同体是中华民族 伟大复兴的整体世界观.社会主义法治原则是中华民族伟大复兴的基本保障。在新时代中华民族 伟大复兴进程中.挖掘和阐释中华民族伟大复兴的宪法意蕴具有重要的理论意义与实践价值。
The inclusion of"the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation"in the Constitution is not only a specific expression of the fundamental task and overall goal of our country,but also a constitutionalized development of the proposition of"the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation",which urgently calls for a normative interpretation.The constitutional normative connotation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is mainly reflected in its internal logical relationship with"the leadership of the Communist Party of China","promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind"and"the principle of socialist rule of law".The leadership of the Communist Party of China is the fundamental principle of the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation,promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind is the overall world outlook of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the principle of socialist rule of law is the basic guarantee for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to excavate and interpret the constitutional implication of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
