摘要
探讨重大突发公共卫生事件下,心理弹性和风险感知对大学生焦虑情绪的作用。文章随机抽取475名大学生,对其施测心理弹性量表、风险感知问卷和焦虑自评量表。运用结构方程模型进行分析,结果显示:风险感知在心理弹性与焦虑情绪间起中介效应。这说明心理弹性可以通过风险感知间接影响焦虑情绪。重大突发公共卫生事件下,高校心理健康教育应加强培养学生的心理弹性,这可以降低大学生风险感知水平,从而降低大学生的焦虑情绪。
To explore the effects of psychological elasticity and risk perception on college students’ anxiety under major public health emergencies, 475 college students were randomly selected and tested with psychological resilience scale, risk perception questionnaire and self rating anxiety scale. Using structural equation model, the results show that risk perception plays a mediating effect between psychological resilience and anxiety. This shows that psychological resilience can indirectly affect anxiety through risk perception. Under major public health emergencies, college mental health education should strengthen the cultivation of students’ psychological resilience, which can reduce the risk perception level of college students and reduce their anxiety.
