多途径团队式健康教育对溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗依从性及自我管理能力的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨多途径团队式健康教育应用于溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的效果。方法 120例UC患者分为观察组(多途径团队式健康教育)和对照组(常规健康教育),比较两组的干预效果。结果 观察组的服药依从优良率、疾病知识掌握评分、自我管理行为评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 多途径团队式健康教育可提高UC患者的治疗依从性和自我管理能力。 Objective To explore the effect of multi-channel team health education applied in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 120 UC patients were divided into the observation group(multi-channel team health education) and the control group(routine health education),to compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of medication compliance,disease knowledge mastery scores and self-management behavior scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Multi-channel team health education can improve the treatment compliance and self-management ability of UC patients.
