摘要
文章介绍朱辟疆教授治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床经验,朱教授认为慢性肾衰竭以脾肾亏虚为本,湿浊、瘀血、热毒等为标,治疗法则注重补益脾肾为主,加之祛湿泄浊、活血化瘀、清利湿热之法,根据多年临床实践总结出“滋脾固肾方Ⅰ号”,用于治疗慢性肾衰竭脾肾气虚之证,并附临床验案一则以嗣同道。
This paper introduces Professor ZHU Bijiang's clinical experience in treating chronic renal failure.Professor ZHU believes that chronic renal failure is based on deficiency of the spleen and kidney,with dampness,blood stasis,and heat toxicity as the superficial symptoms.The treatment principle focuses on nourishing the spleen and kidney,as well as removing dampness and turbidity,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and clearing dampness and heat.Based on many years of clinical practice,“Nourishing spleen and consolidating kidney prescription No.1”is summarized for the treatment of chronic renal failure syndrome of spleen and kidney Qi(气)deficiency,and one clinical case is attached.
