Gal-9、CCL23、AI在卵巢上皮性癌患者中的表达及其影响因素

摘要 目的:探讨血清半乳凝素9(Gal-9)、CC类趋化因子配体23(CCL23)联合细胞凋亡指数(AI)在卵巢上皮性癌患者中表达及其影响因素。方法:选择2018年1月-2020年12月九江市第一人民医院收治的卵巢上皮性癌患者60例为观察组;选择同期本院卵巢良性肿瘤患者48例为对照1组;选择同期本院健康体检女性54例为对照2组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定Gal-9、CCL23水平;查阅观察组患者病历资料,记录患者的年龄、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移、病理组织分类,分析不同病理参数下Gal-9、CCL23及AI表达水平,采用单因素及多元线性回归分析影响因素。结果:观察组Gal-9、CCL23、AI均高于对照1组与对照2组(P<0.05);不同年龄、不同病理组织学分类卵巢上皮性癌患者的Gal-9、CCL23水平表达比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同分化程度、不同肿瘤分期及有无淋巴结转移患者的Gal-9、CCL23水平表达比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移为卵巢上皮性癌患者中Gal-9、CCL23及AI的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:Gal-9、CCL23、AI在卵巢上皮性癌患者中均呈高表达,其表达水平能反映患者的疾病严重程度,但是患者表达水平的影响因素较多,加强患者Gal-9、CCL23水平测定能评估患者预后。 Objective:To investigate the expression and influencing factors of serum galectin-9 (Gal-9),CC chemokine ligand 23 (CCL23) and apoptosis index (AI) in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.Method:From January 2018 to December 2020,60 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer who were admitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People’s Hospital were selected as the observation group;48 patients with benign ovarian tumors in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group 1;54 healthy women in our hospital were selected as the control group 2.The levels of Gal-9 and CCL23 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay;the medical records of the patients in the observation group were reviewed,and the age,tumor differentiation,tumor stage,lymph node metastasis and pathological classification of the patients were recorded,Gal-9,CCL23 and AI under different pathological parameters were analyzed.The influencing factors were analyzed by univariate and multiple linear regression.Result:The levels of Gal-9,CCL23 and AI of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 1 and the control group 2 (P0.05);there were significant differences in the expression of Gal-9 and CCL23 in patients with different degrees of differentiation,different tumor stages and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the degree of tumor differentiation,tumor stage and lymph node metastasis were the influencing factors of Gal-9,CCL23 and AI in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion:Gal-9,CCL23 and AI are all highly expressed in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer,and their expression levels can reflect the severity of the patient’s disease,but the expression levels of patients are affected by many factors.Strengthen the levels of Gal-9 and CCL23 in patients can assess the patient’s prognosis.
