摘要
肱骨外髁颈骨折普遍存在老年人群中,目前治疗此类骨折的方案诸多,但未能研究出统一的方法。而且随着器械的发展、理念的更新,对老年肱骨外髁颈骨折有了更深入的了解和更人性化的认识,临床需要大夫了解每种方案的特点,选出最适合病情的方式,并在治疗过程中正规操作,减少方案自身的局限以及发挥其优越于其他治疗的价值。对中西医治疗老年肱骨外髁颈骨折的进展进行综述。
Surgical neck fracture of humerus is common in the elderly.At present,there are many treatments for this kind of fracture,without a unified method.With the development of instruments and concept,the elderly humeral surgical neck fracture has a deeper and more humanized understanding.Clinical doctors need to understand the characteristics of each scheme to select the most suitable way for the disease,and undertake standard operation in the treatment process to reduce the limitations of the scheme itself and play its superior value over other treatments.In this paper,the clinical progress of surgical neck fracture of humerus in the elderly is reviewed.
