摘要
下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)是髋部骨折术后常见的并发症之一,有较高的发生率与病死率,故临床上对于下肢深静脉血栓的预防十分重要。这与中医“治未病”原则不谋而合。此文概述了老年髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓形成的病因病机,并且搜集了近年来有关中西医结合用药对预防老年髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的研究进行了系统综述,希望为今后临床防治此病提供新思路。
Deep venous thrombosis(DVT)is one of the common complications of postoperative hip fracture,with high incidence and mortality,so it is very important for the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in clinical practice.This coincides with the principle of“preventive treatment of disease”in traditional Chinese medicine.This article summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of deep vein thrombosis after hip fracture in elderly patients,and collected the research on prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after hip fracture with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years,hoping to provide new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of this disease in the future.
