生化检验在小儿支原体肺炎合并肝损伤、心肌损伤诊断中的应用效果 被引量:4

Application Effect of Biochemical Test in Diagnosis of Children with My⁃coplasma Pneumonia Complicated with Liver Injury and Myocardial Injury

摘要 目的分析与讨论生化检验在小儿支原体肺炎(MP)合并肝损伤与心肌损伤中的效果。方法选取2020年6月-2021年10月新疆生产建设兵团第十师北屯医院收治的80例MP合并肝损伤与心肌损伤患儿作为研究组,并选取同时期80名健康体检儿童作为对照组,观察两组患儿血沉、CRP水平及心肌功能和肝功能各项生化指标。结果研究组血沉(17.56±5.20)mm/h和血清CRP(25.63±3.25)mg/L明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.429、43.784,P<0.05)。研究组TBIL(33.26±2.14)μmol/L、DBIL(12.59±1.27)μmol/L、IBIL(21.65±2.04)U/L、ALP(686.25±20.14)U/L、ALT(74.16±10.22)U/L、LDH(303.20±20.11)U/L、CK-MB(49.85±3.14)U/L、α-HBDH(268.96±25.17)U/L均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MP合并肝损伤与心肌损伤患儿通过生化检验能有效反映病情,并为临床治疗奠定基础。 Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of biochemical tests on children with Mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)complicated with liver injury and myocardial injury.Methods 80 children with MP combined with liver injury and myocardial injury admitted to Beitun Hospital,Tenth Division,Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from June 2020 to October 2021 were selected and as the study group.And 80 healthy children during the same period were selected and as the control group.The erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP level,and various biochemical in⁃dexes of myocardial function and liver function were observed in the two groups.Results ESR(17.56±5.20)mm/h and serum CRP(25.63±3.25)mg/L in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.429,43.784,P<0.05).The study group TBIL(33.26±2.14)μmol/L,DBIL(12.59±1.27)μmol/L,IBIL(21.65±2.04)U/L,ALP(686.25±20.14)U/L,ALT(74.16±10.22)U/L,LDH(303.20±20.11)U/L,CK-MB(49.85±3.14)U/L,α-HBDH(268.96±25.17)U/L were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The biochemical test can ef⁃fectively reflect the disease in children with MP complicated with liver injury and myocardial injury,and lay a foun⁃dation for clinical treatment.
