电刺激生物反馈结合手法按摩治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征临床分析 被引量:10

Clinical Analysis of Electrical Stimulation Biofeedback Combined with Manual Massage in the Treatment of Pelvic Floor Myofascial Pain Syn⁃drome

摘要 目的分析电刺激生物反馈结合手法按摩治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月-2021年5月新泰市妇幼保健院收治的86例盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者为研究对象,采用数字随机法划分为观察组、对照组,各43例。对照组采用电刺激生物反馈治疗,观察组采用电刺激生物反馈法结合手法按摩治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者的VAS疼痛对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组VAS评分(1.78±0.53)分较对照组(3.94±0.87)分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(t=13.904,P<0.001)。治疗后观察组10 s快速收缩及60 s耐久收缩的肌电波幅(31.26±0.68)、(24.82±0.77)μV较对照组(27.85±0.73)、(21.76±0.83)μV明显上升,提示肌肉活动能力增强,差异有统计学意义(t=22.414、17.723,P<0.001);观察组前静息电位及后静息电位的肌电波幅(2.87±0.64)、(3.89±0.25)μV较对照组(3.24±0.85)、(4.18±0.32)μV明显降低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.280、4.683,P<0.05)。结论电刺激生物反馈结合手法按摩治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征能够更为有效的缓解患者的疼痛状况,同时改善患者的肌力状况,减轻盆底肌肉痉挛,改善盆底肌舒缩情况。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with manual mas⁃sage in the treatment of pelvic floor myofascial pain syndrome.Methods A total of 86 patients with pelvic floor myo⁃fascial pain syndrome who were treated in Xintai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into an observation group and a control group by numerical random method,with 43 cases in each.The control group received electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy,while the observation group received electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with manual massage therapy.The clini⁃cal treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results There was no statistically significant differ⁃ence in VAS pain between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the observa⁃tion group(1.78±0.53)points was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.94±0.87)points,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(t=13.904,P<0.001).After treatment,the EMG amplitudes of 10 s rapid contraction and 60 s durable contraction in the observation group were significantly increased(31.26±0.68)μV and(24.82±0.77)μV compared with(27.85±0.73)μV and(21.76±0.83)μV in the control group.It indicated that muscle activity was enhanced,and the difference was statistically significant(t=22.414,17.723,P<0.001);the EMG amplitudes of pre-resting potential and post-resting potential were observed(2.87±0.64)μV and(3.89±0.25)μV were signifi⁃cantly lower than those in the control group(3.24±0.85)μV and(4.18±0.32)μV,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.280,4.683,P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with manual massage in the treatment of pelvic floor myofascial pain syndrome can more effectively relieve the pain of patients,improve the muscle strength of patients,reduce pelvic floor muscle spasm,and improve pelvic floor muscle relaxation and contraction.
