摘要
主要从炼化行业和油气行业两方面介绍了石油化工行业的智能化建设现状和历程,尤其是以中国石化和中国石油的智能制造示范试点企业作为国内外最佳实践案例对石油化工行业的智能化建设趋势进行了一定的预测分析。同时,结合当前国家政策及其行动计划和支持力度,对“工业互联网+安全生产”“5G+”等国家部委支持的战略对石化企业的引导作用进行了简单的解读。
The current situation and building process in intelligent petrochemical industry were mainly introduced from both refining and chemical industry and oil and gas industry.Especially intelligent manufacturing demonstration pilot companies from Sinopec and PetroChina were taken as the best practice cases at home and abroad.Some development trends of intellectual petrochemical companies were analytically forecasted.Meanwhile,the strategy of“industry internet+safe production”and“5 G+”from the ministries and commissions has been briefly interpreted to petrochemical industry,combined with the current state policies and action plans in China.
