摘要
目的探讨血清胸甘激酶1(TK1)、糖类抗原125(CA125)及附睾蛋白4(HE4)用于诊断卵巢癌(OC)的临床价值。方法选择2016年3月至2019年7月纳入OC患者101例为OC组,同时纳入卵巢良性肿瘤患者61例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测OC组及对照组患者的血清TK1、CA125及HE4水平,分析上述指标用于诊断OC的临床价值。结果与对照组相比,OC组患者TK1[(4.10±1.67)pmol/L vs.(1.96±0.86)pmol/L,P<0.001]、HE4[(276.07±122.30)pmol/L vs.(104.78±42.36)pmol/L,P<0.01]及CA125[(219.95±98.60)U/L vs.(68.44±31.35)U/L,P<0.01]水平更高。OC组中,血清TK1、HE4及CA125水平分别与患者TNM分期正相关,TK1与HE4、CA125存在正相关,HE4与CA125也存在正相关。当单独用于区别诊断OC与卵巢良性肿瘤时,TK1的AUC为0.811,HE4的AUC为0.817,CA125的AUC为0.769。TK1联合HE4诊断OC的AUC为0.875,TK1联合CA125诊断OC的AUC为0.834,TK1联合HE4及CA125诊断OC的AUC为0.912。结论血清TK1、HE4及CA125用于OC的诊断具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of thymidine kinase 1(TK1),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and human epididymal protein 4(HE4)in diagnosis of ovarian cancer(OC).Methods A total of 101 patients with OC wh owere treated in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2019 were enrolled as OC group,and the other 61 patients with benign ovarian tumors were enrolled as control group.The serum levels of TK1,CA125 and HE4 in both groups were detected by ELISA.The diagnostic value of above indexes in diagnosis of OC was analysed.Results The levels of TK1,HE4 and CA125 in OC group were significantly higher than thos ein control group(P<0.01).Th elevels of TK1,HE4 and CA125 in OC group were positively correlated with clinical stage,and TK1 was positively correlated with HE4 and CA125,and HE4 was positively correlated with CA125.The values of AUC of TK1,HE4 and CA125 were 0.811,0.817 and 0.769,respectively in distinguish diagnosis between OC and benign ovarian tumors.The AUC of TK1 combined with HE4 in diagnosis of OC was 0.875,and that of TK1 combined with CA125 was 0.834,and that of TK1 combined with HE4 and CA125 was 0.912.Conclusion The detection of serum levels of TK1,HE4 and CA125 has higher clinical value in diagnosis of OC.
