摘要
目的探究胰腺癌患者新辅助治疗后血清miR-448和miR-143水平对术后生存和预后的影响。方法选取胰腺癌患者的60例,RT-PCR检测新辅助治疗后血清miR-448和miR-143水平,并探究其与术后生存和预后的关系。结果胰腺癌患者的年龄、肝转移、KPS评分、CA19-9水平以及miR-448和miR-143水平与患者中位生存期显著相关(P<0.05)。miR-448水平、miR-143水平、肝转移、KPS评分、CA19-9水平是胰腺癌患者预后的影响因素(P<0.05)。肝转移、KPS评分、CA19-9水平、miR-448水平、miR-143水平评估胰腺癌患者生存结局的预测价值AUC分别为0.743,0.712,0.802,0.754,0.763。结论肝转移、KPS评分、CA19-9水平、miR-448水平、miR-143水平是胰腺癌患者预后的独立影响因素,具有对胰腺癌患者术后生存结局的预测价值。
Objective To explore the effects of serum miR-448 and miR-143 levels after neoadjuvant therapy in patients with pancreatic cancer on postoperative outcomes and prognosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with pancreatic cancer were selected.The serum miR-448 and miR-143 levels after neoadjuvant therapy were detected by RT-PCR,and their relationship with the postoperative outcome was explored.Relationship with prognosis.Results The age,liver metastasis,KPS score,CA19-9 level,and miR-448 and miR-143 levels of patients with pancreatic cancer were significantly correlated with the median survival of patients(P<0.05).The level of miR-448,miR-143,liver metastasis,KPS score,and CA19-9 level are the prognostic factors of patients with pancreatic cancer(P<0.05).The predictive value of liver metastasis,KPS score,CA19-9 level,miR-448 level,and miR-143 level in assessing the survival outcome of patients with pancreatic cancer AUC were 0.743,0.712,0.802,0.754,0.763,respectively.Conclusion Liver metastasis,KPS score,CA19-9 level,miR-448 level,and miR-143 level are independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer,and have predictive value for the survival outcome of patients with pancreatic cancer.
