摘要
船舶结构监测系统是感知船体自身结构安全状态的重要手段,国内外船舶领域的专家学者开展了大量研究工作,船级社也制定了相关设计规范。目前,智能船舶的发展对船舶结构监测系统提出了更高要求,除了实时监测结构响应参量外,还需具备在线评估结构安全状态、预报结构状态发展趋势以及辅助决策等功能。本文梳理了船舶结构监测系统的技术发展动态,提出应用数字孪生技术提升监测系统的智能化水平,并进一步提出未来需要开展的研究工作,旨在为船舶结构监测系统的智能化设计提供参考。
Ship structure monitoring system is an important means to sense the safety state of a ship.Experts and scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research work,and classification societies have also formulated relevant design specifications.At present,the development of intelligent ships raises a higher re⁃quirement for ship structure monitoring system.In addition to real-time monitoring of structural response pa⁃rameters,the system also needs to have the functions of on-line evaluation of structural safety,prediction of structural state development trend,auxiliary decision-making and so on.In this paper,the technical develop⁃ment of ship structure monitoring system was reviewed,and the application of digital twin technology was pro⁃posed to improve the intelligent level of the system.And the research work which needs to be focused on in the future was also put forward,which is aimed to provide a reference for the intelligent design of ship struc⁃ture monitoring system.
