摘要
目的:探讨微创经皮钢板内固定(MIPPO)治疗中下胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:本研究的观察对象为2019年1月至2020年10月我院收治的90例中下段胫骨骨折患者。按照治疗方法不同将其分为2个组别:研究组、对照组,各有患者45例,对照组患者行交锁髓内钉(IMN)固定术治疗,研究组患者行MIPPO术治疗。采取Johner-Wruhs功能评价两组的临床疗效,比较两组手术耗时、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组患者(97.78%VS82.22%,P<0.05)。在手术耗时、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间方面,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在住院时间方面,两组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组术后并发症发生率降低(6.67%VS22.22%,P<0.05)。结论:与IMN术式比较,MIPPO治疗中下段胫骨骨折患者的效果显著,对患者创伤较小,患者术后并发症较少,因而术后恢复快,临床广泛进行推广的价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation(MIPPO)in the treatment of middle and lower tibial fractures.Method:The subjects of this study were 90 patients with middle and lower tibial fractures treated in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:study group and control group,with 45 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail(IMN)fixation,and patients in the study group were treated with MIPPO.Johner wruhs function was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups,and the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospital stay,fracture healing time and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(97.78%VS 82.22%,P<0.05).In terms of operation time,intraoperative bleeding and fracture healing time,the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of hospitalization time,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group decreased(6.67%VS 22.22%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with IMN、MIPPO has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with middle and lower tibial fractures,with less trauma and less postoperative complications.Therefore,MIPPO has a fast postoperative recovery and is of high value for extensive clinical promotion.
