摘要
目的研究血府逐瘀汤加减对脑血栓恢复期疗养员的日常生活能力及疗效的影响。方法选取某康复疗养中心2020年1月至2022年2月收治的80例脑血栓恢复期疗养员作为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组给予血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。结果80例患者治疗2周后,对照组总有效率为75.0%,治疗组总有效率为92.5%,两组比较,治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组日常生活能力评分均有提高,但治疗组的日常生活能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤加减治疗脑血栓恢复期疗养员较常规西药治疗更有利于患者康复。
Objective To study the effect of xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the daily living ability and curative effect of convalescents with cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 80 convalescents with cerebral thrombosis admitted to a Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and treatment group with 40 patients in each group according to random number table.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.Results After two weeks of treatment for the 80 cases,the total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%,and that of the treatment group was 92.5%.Comparison of the two groups showed the treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The scores of activity of daily living(ADL)in both groups were improved,but the scores of ADL in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is more beneficial to the rehabilitation of convalescents with cerebral thrombosis in convalescent stage than conventional western medicine.
