摘要
目的了解孤独症儿童家长身心健康状况及影响因素,为孤独症儿童家长的身心健康干预提供依据。方法采用一般情况调查表、简明健康状况调查表(SF-36量表)对199名孤独症儿童家长进行调查;采用Barthel指数量表评价孤独症儿童日常生活能力;采用单因素和多因素分析孤独症儿童家长身心健康状况及影响因素。结果孤独症儿童家长身心健康状况(SF-36)得分为(64.04±22.09)分,处于中等水平;多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、就医方便程度、生活满意度是孤独症儿童家长生理健康(PCS)的独立影响因素;经济来源、生活满意度是心理健康(MCS)的独立影响因素。结论孤独症儿童家长身心健康状况不佳,年龄、就医方便程度、生活满意度、经济来源因素影响孤独症儿童家长身心健康。医护人员应重视年龄大、经济状况差、就医不方便、对患儿康复和生活满意度低的孤独症儿童家长,必要时为其提供身心干预措施。
Objective To understand the physical and mental health status and influencing factors of parents of autistic children,and to provide evidence for the intervention of physical and mental health of parents of autistic children.Methods 199 parents of children with autism were investigated by general condition questionnaire and short form Health Status Questionnaire(SF-36 scale).Barthel index was used to evaluate the activities of daily living of autistic children.Single and multiple factors were used to analyze the physical and mental health status and influencing factors of parents of autistic children.Results The SF-36 score of parents of autistic children was(64.04±22.09),which was in the middle level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,medical convenience and life satisfaction were independent influencing factors of physical component score(PCS)of parents of autistic children.Financial resources and life satisfaction were independent influencing factors of mental component score(MCS).Conclusion The physical and mental health status of parents of autistic children is not good.Age,medical convenience,life satisfaction and economic source affect the physical and mental health of parents of autistic children.Medical staff should pay attention to the parents of autistic children who are old,poor in economic status,inconvenient for medical treatment,and have low recovery and life satisfaction,and provide physical and mental intervention measures for them when necessary.
