摘要
新中国成立以来,中国共产党带领中国人民实现了从站起来、富起来到强起来的历史性飞跃,取得了西方经济学和传统社会主义政治经济学无法解释的伟大成就。中国经济学的创立已经具备了必要的历史基础和思想基础。要加快中国经济学的构建,需要进一步对中国经济学的构建原则、主体内容与实现途径等关键问题进行回答。就构建原则而言,中国经济学应遵循以马克思主义为指导的科学性、以问题为导向的实践性和以人民为中心的价值性三大原则。就主体内容而言,中国经济学要深入和系统地研究中国特色社会主义市场经济运行的基本规律、中国特色宏观调控理论和中国特色发展战略体系。就实现途径而言,中国经济学的构建要以中国经济学教材建设为核心抓手,并以《中国经济学研究手册》作为配套建设工程,以知识体系和教材体系作为突破口,打造由教材体系系统呈现的知识体系、学科体系、学术体系、话语体系构成的完整学术生态体系。近年来教育部教材局和国家经济学教材建设重点研究基地以中国经济学教材为核心抓手,对中国经济学建设进行了多方面的有益探索,取得了一些重要的阶段性成果。未来要进一步汇聚力量,围绕中国经济发展相关的重大理论和实践问题展开集中攻关,以中国为观照、以时代为观照,加快自主知识体系和教材体系建设,更好地用中国理论解释中国实践,用中国实践丰富中国理论,用中国话语阐述中国发展,用中国发展强化中国话语,推动中国经济学理论体系的构建和完善。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949,the Communist Party of China has led the Chinese people achieve a historic leap from standing up,growing rich,to becoming strong,which is a great achievement but cannot be explained by western economics or traditional socialist political economics.There are solid historical foundation and ideological foundation for constructing the Chinese economics.In order to accelerate the construction of Chinese economics,we need to answer key questions of construction principles,main content and realization ways.As for construction principles,we should follow three principles,the scientific guidance of Marxism,the practicality of problem orientation,and the value of making people-centricity.As for main content,Chinese economics should deeply and systematically study the basic law of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,macroeconomic management with Chinese characteristics and development strategies with Chinese characteristics.As for realization ways,the construction of Chinese economics should focus on construction of Chinese economics teaching material,use the Handbook of Chinese Economics as supporting material,and take the knowledge system and teaching material system as breakthrough in order to construct an integrated academic ecosystem of knowledge system,teaching material system,discipline system,academic system,and discourse system.In recent years,the Department of National Textbook of Ministry of Education and National Research Institute for Economics Teaching Material focus on the teaching material of Chinese economics and make beneficial exploration on the construction of Chinese economics,which has obtained important achievements.In the future,it needs to further pool our strength to focus on major theoretical and practical issues related to Chinese economic development.What’s more,it is necessary to speed up the construction of independent knowledge system and teaching material system based on China’s reality and the development of the times.It can help better explain China’s practice with China’s theory,enrich China’s theory with China’s practice,elaborate China’s development with China’s discourse,strengthen China’s discourse with China’s development,and promoting the continuous development and improvement of the theoretical system of Chinese economics.
