摘要
研究了用二乙酰二肟从银电解液中选择性分离钯,考察了二乙酰二肟加入量、温度、反应时间对钯沉淀率的影响。结果表明:在二乙酰二肟加入量为完全沉淀钯理论量的2.3倍、温度60℃、反应时间30 min条件下,钯沉淀率达94.64%,钯沉淀渣可回收钯,净化后的银电解液可返回流程。
The selective separation of palladium from silver electrolyte using diacetyldioxime was studied.The effects of diacetyldioxime usage,temperature and reaction time on deposition of palladium were examined.The results show that under the conditions of diacetyldioxime amount of 2.3 times palladium content,temperature of 60℃and reaction time of 30 min,the precipitation rate of palladium reaches 94.64%,the palladium in the precipitation slge can be recoveried and the purified silver electrolyte can be returned to process.
