摘要
中医药在慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)治疗中得到了广泛应用,优势日益明显。除常规的药物治疗外,非药物疗法如针灸、推拿、康复等在治疗CHF中也取得较大进展,且效果显著,不良反应少,患者配合程度较高,是值得推广应用的治疗手段。现就针灸、推拿及康复疗法在治疗CHF中的应用作一系统综述。
Traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF),with increasingly obvious advantages.In addition to conventional drug therapy,non-drug therapies such as acupuncture,massage and rehabilitation have also made great progress in the treatment of CHF,with significant effect,fewer adverse reactions and high degree of patient cooperation,which are worthy of popularization and application.This article reviewed the application of acupuncture,massage and rehabilitation therapies in the treatment of CHF.
