摘要
DM是由IR或胰岛素分泌功能受损引起的慢性疾病。DM患者miR-155表达升高。本文对miR-155在DM发生发展中机制的研究进展进行综述。
Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a chronic disease caused by impaired insulin resistance(IR) or secretion. DM patients were accompanied by elevated miR-155 expression. Here,we reviewed the research progress of miR-155 in the development of DM.
