摘要
随着煤矿行业的工业化、自动化发展,煤矿自动化机电设备的种类和数量日益增多,对于提升煤矿生产效率、提高经济效益具有重要的作用。与此同时,提升煤矿机电设备运行状态监测水平和保障煤矿机电设备的运行质量成为一项非常重要的研究内容。近年来,物联网技术得到了突飞猛进的发展。基于物联网技术的无线通信、传感器技术、定位技术和数据处理技术,建立了一种煤矿机电设备的状态监测系统,并对该系统的工作原理和构成进行了详细的设计。
With the industrialization and automation development of coal mine industry, the types and quantity of coal mine automation electromechanical equipment are increasing, which plays an important role in improving coal mine production efficiency and economic benefits. At the same time, improving the operation state monitoring level of coal mine electromechanical equipment and ensuring the operation quality of coal mine electromechanical equipment have become a very important research content. In recent years, the Internet of things technology has developed by leaps and bounds. Based on the wireless communication, sensor technology, positioning technology and data processing technology of the Internet of things technology, established a condition monitoring system for coal mine electromechanical equipment,and made a detailed design for the working principle and composition of this system.
