摘要
为保证采煤机电机、摇臂齿轮传动系统的正常工作和改善综采工作面环境,设计了一套采煤机冷却喷雾系统。通过电机冷却水排放的改进、齿轮箱内部冷却水管组的布置以及冷却器和外喷雾块的增设,在MG900/2400-WD型电牵引采煤机上应用效果良好。
In order to ensure the normal operation of the shearer motor and rocker gear transmission system and improve the environment of the fully mechanized coal mining face, a set of cooling spray system for shearer was designed. Through the improvement of the motor cooling water discharge, the arrangement of the cooling water pipe group inside the gear box, and the addition of the cooler and the spray block, the application effect was good on the MG900/2400-WD electric haulage shearer.
