Ti/Al合金在放电等离子场作用下的原位反应

In-situ Reaction of Ti/Al Alloy under Effect of Discharge Plasma Field

摘要 为了得到延展性高和可加工性好的适用于煤矿机械的材料,利用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术制备得到了Ti/Al合金,对所制备Ti/Al合金的微观组织形貌和力学特性开展了表征研究,并分析了其原位反应机理。结果表明,使用SPS工艺可以获得晶粒尺寸10μm的细晶Ti/Al金属间化合物,合金整体弯曲强度大、塑性高,可以作为煤矿机械材料使用。 In order to obtain materials with high ductility and good machinability suitable for coal mining machinery, Ti/Al alloy was prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS) technology. The microstructure morphology and mechanical properties of Ti/Al alloy were characterized, and the in-situ reaction was analyzed. The results show that, the fine grain Ti/Al intermetallic compound with grain size of 10 μm can be obtained by SPS process. The alloy has high bending strength and plasticity, which can be used as coal mine mechanical material.
